Society for Cultural and Social Development is the sister cornered registered society of the Ranchi Jesuits Society which is founded in 1963, with registration number 52/1962-63 under the Society’s Registration Act 21, 1860. And Loyola Training Center, Ranchi (LTC) is a unit of the Society for Cultural and Social Development. LTC was founded with the noble intention of running job orientated Professional and Vocational courses/programs and training for unemployed youth and women. Its sole aim is to empower the tribal youth through various vocational and Professional training and coaching classes for school and college dropouts by providing the short term management, technical , typing classes, shorthand learning, computer skilling both in hardware and software and written and Spoken English classes. It is well known in and around Ranchi for its quality and committed services offered to the very poor tribal youth and women.
From The Director's Desk
At present India is the Youngest Country in the world. Most of the people of India are young. At this juncture Government Jobs are scarce and whatever jobs are left, slowly Government is planning to hand it over to private companies. The vast majority of youth are unemployed. Hence various types of skills will become handy to get jobs in private companies as well as in government sectors.
Loyola Training Centre (LTC) was started to provide skills in different trades/courses so that local Adivasi and marginalized youth would get proper training and improve their employment prospects. Therefore our vision is very clear and to materialize this we are committed to fulfill the dreams of the Tribal and Marginalized youth.
My dream is to empower youth of Jharkhand and I would like to make Loyola Training Centre a centre for learning and acquiring skills. My wish and desire is to make this centre a hub for information, knowledge and skills; A place for personality development and confidence building. The youth should flock to LTC for building their career and confidence. Along with this our main focus is to inculcate in our youth a strong moral character so that they become good citizens of our nation.
We are taking several measures to achieve our aim by promoting conducive environment for youth, mainly concentrating on courses which will provide them with ample opportunities to be a successful person in life.

I am delighted to share the encouraging atmosphere of L.T.C . Younger generation is the hope of the future. LTC is committed to create ignited minds of students and helps to innovate the shaping skills and sharpening the minds of the students.
LTC provides a platform to explore, excel and mould them to be prepared for the upcoming challenges. I firmly believe that younger generation needs better education to have better thoughts ,to be a true human being, to build a better society and ofcourse to uproot the weeds that hinder the growth.
Today we are living in a fast changing complex challenges and opportunities. We have to be ready to catch the opportunity. Opportunity will never come neatly folded inside the envelope.
LTC is committed to makè them a self starter and helps them to put their act together and make a jack of all trade rather than one trick pony
